At Thomas Roller Productions, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website, and users of our products and services. In particular, we want you to know that Thomas Roller Productions is not in the business of buying, selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.
You can contact us with data information requests by emailing the address on our contact page.
If you want to disable cookies you need to change your website browser settings to reject cookies. However, most sites will not respond well to disabling cookies.
We have our own customer database which is stored on servers located in Los Angeles, CA. Stringent measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access to this database, including IP locking and strong “need to know basis” access policies. Access to the raw data is limited to a very small handful of people who legitimately need to use it.
Our contact page contains a form visitors use to contact us and we keep your name and e-mail on file for future reference. However, we will NEVER sell your name or use your address to sell you products/services you have not requested at any time. We will contact you only if you purchase a product or service from us. The only information we require from you is your name and e-mail address. If we need to send you something over regular mail we will then ask for a mailing address.
WHO DEALS WITH OUR PAYMENTS. We have a secure site BUT we still transfer you to paypal when you purchase a service/product on our site. Paypal money transfers are as secure as the internet can provide at the moment. All money transactions will be completely on the secured servers of paypal.
When someone visits our sites we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information (e.g. geographical location, OS and browser information, and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
